White mustard is one of the most favourable microgreens. It is packed with a strikingly pungent taste with a tinge of sweetness. Mustard is one of the most popular leafy vegetables in the Indian kitchen. Mustard greens are an abundant source of vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B6, C, K, and C, as well as fibre, calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium. It also has a small amount of zinc, selenium, phosphorus, niacin and foliate. You may add our micro mustard to other mixed greens to provide a peppery, spicy flavour boost to salads or use it instead of a traditional condiment in your sandwich. We gee up to mix micro mustard with micro red cabbage, add a bit of virgin olive oil and use it as a unique garnish to any meaty or cheesy dish.
