Sunflower microgreens are crispy, tender and refreshing. Their nutty taste makes them a great companion to fruit in a freshly prepared dish. Our absolute favourite is celery and apple mayo salad with a liberal sprinkling of micro sunflowers. This plant is known to be a rich source of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron and niacin, as well as vitamins A, B, C and E.
