Pak choi, also known as Chinese cabbage or bok choy, is a popular vegetable commonly used in Asian dishes. Our mini version has a sweet and mild flavour and may perfectly complement any vegan and meat dishes. Micro pak choi has crunchy snow-white stems finished with cordate light green leaves and can bring a luscious finish to salad and stew. Mature bok choy is an excellent source of vitamins C, A, K, B2, B6, beta carotene, folic acid, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, thiamine, niacin, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc. However, it requires thermal processing, which may cause a considerable loss of nutrients. Our bok choy provides Asian touch to your dish without being lost in nutrients.
